The app was a complete waste of my time. It took over two hours to get it to give me access to the key, then the truck was parked in a spot that did not provide enough room to take the required photos of the truck. I had to call customer service multiple times and email them photos just to be able to check it out. Truck was very old - over 140,000 miles, shook uncontrollably over 50 mph, terrible a/c, keep defaulting to Trailer Haul mode, which it said NOT to use and no cruise control at all. Upon return the app failed to work again, would not let me upload photos again, and didn't report the truck was returned. In return I was bombarded with emails and texts indicating it was late and I would be penalized. So guess who got to spend another hour on the phone with customer service? The cost was astronomical - Including gas it was over $400 to rent a 15' truck?? I could have hired a mover for that price!! UHaul has become a scam. Lost a customer for life. Never again.
