Equipment was clean, but we had to jump start the battery to finish the move. We had to wait for a friend to bring cables. It caused us to add 1 hour to the charge for 2 movers. Overall, the experience was good.

Don't buy one more GMC Savana. Typically when I rent from U-Haul, over the course of the last three years, I have always been able to rent the more formidable Transit van. The GMC Savana is only Superior in one way and that is suspension and it's only Superior there if you have it loaded to the max. I'm not sure how often your customers need 3500 lb of payload in a van but otherwise the GMC Savana is just a much weaker option. I hope you all quit buying them. I did not like driving it. I was shocked to even see it on the lot.

Once I got to this location it was fine. HOWEVER, I reserved a trailer at the location on 23rd and that location did not have my trailer which pissed me off very much. Matter of fact, it was a gas station that only had two trucks and a lock box. So then I had to call around as I was driving, find a location that had one and the nearest location was 25 minutes away which pissed me off even more. I knew there were other locations closer by so I went to this last location and thankfully a lady was there that was nice and helped me out. I'm still very upset it took my own doing to get one single little trailer but thankful for this one lady out of several that was able to actually help me.

Don't treat me like a crook. Have enough people to take care of the traffic. Don't make us wait 20 minutes just to turn a vehicle in. The drivers door on the van I rented was hard to close and once it was close it was hard to open.

This was not the original location I booked my equipment at. There is a guarantee that uhaul will have the equipment I need where I need it when reserved. It was not and therefore I had to drive farther and pay more.

WHEN I ARRIVED THE GIRL THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO WAIT ON ME WAS OUTSIDE WORKING ON SOME EQUIPMENT AND I WALKED INTO A EMPTY STORE, NOT THE GIRLS FAULT LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING. POOR MANAGEMENT NOT HAVING ENOUGH STAFF. ALSO WHEN WE WALKED AROUND THE VEHICLE I HAD TO HAVE THE ATTENDANT GET MORE STICKERS TO MARK THE DAMAGED WHICH MEANT THAT THE YOUNG LADY HAD TO DO SOMEONE ELSE'S JOB. THAT WE NOTICED WHILE WALKING AROUND. THIS CAUSE ME TO BE ABOUT 15 TO 20 MIN. LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT

I was cheated and told the mileage I drove was inaccurate. I drove 7.5 miles and told I drove 23 miles. I was charged 2 times for who knows what. I was told beforehand not to use uhaul but I did anyhow. I will tell everyone that I know about this terrible situation I had. There were 4 transactions on my card which cause me to be a negative in my account.

The service folks checking me in were very knowledgeable, but processing me in took a while. Not sure if that was due to the system they had to use to process all the information, the system seemed cumbersome. The service folks were thorough and worked as quick as the system would allow. Seemed they may need a little more help in the service area, like pulling equipment for the rental such as dollies or blankets and checking the vehicles in while the other service representative takes care of checking other customers out.

During in person reservations - Staff did not appear to be educated on company process and procedures. Asked questions as such; need two telephone numbers and if anyone was at the secondary number to answer to verify you live there. I said I have my driver licenses, she said that will not work, so I gave my other cell number since I had it on me and she called it. Reserved the van and was told that when you come to pick it up, to bring a utility bill showing my address. Came to pick up and it was a different person, they took pic of my driver license which was ok, but, never did ask for a utility bill. (Huh, is that for certain people). I asked her how safe is my personal information I'm given you and she it goes in our system, so i don't know. I read the contract and other papers given and it does not state anything about the safety of the renter's personal information. YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION TO ENSURE THE INFORMATION IS SAFE & EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES and INCLUDE IT on your paperwork OF SUCH. The return process was fantastic but will not recommend UHAUL

I reserved a truck online two days before the pick up date. Upon arrival on the date of pick up, this location had lost the keys to the truck i was to rent, didn't apologize, and the whole process took over 45min to complete.

the van I RESERVED got rented while I was in line to pick it up...NOT GOOD Spent about 20 or so minutes reserving my vehicle...got sent to another location to pick up my RESERVED vehicle..made me 45 minutes late to my gig...NOT GOOD>>>
