Address on paper did not match address for drop off. Plus my distance from my home to this drop off location was closest of 12 miles I was charged for additional charge?
LARCENIA Ckatie and the lady that answers the phone were the most UNHELPFUL people ive ever met. Ill never use UHaul EVER again.i know this day and age its hard to find good employees but a door knob wouldve been more helpful than they were.
Katie PPlease find a different contractor for truck pickup. I didn't feel at all safe there in broad daylight. The store was trashy, with big metal bar gates over the front doors. Trash was overflowing their containers. There were several vagrants and sketchy people coming and going, and there was a significant language barrier and lack of experience with the employees that complicated our truck rental transaction, resulting in my being charged the rental price twice. I had originally selected a different location for pickup but was advised by UHaul the day before that the pickup location had been changed. I honestly couldn't believe this new pickup location was actually a UHaul contracted site; it was that bad. Never again! Oh - and we also didn't get the furniture pads I had reserved as there were "none available." I don't think I was charged for them, though. Really, overall a terribly disappointing experience.
LISA AThey try to give me the wrong truck. I didn't even get enough mileage to go unload the truck. Idk maybe I was supposed to unload my son's belongings in the parking lot? I didn't got charged 30 almost $30 extra for going over mileage but yet I had over a quarter tank extra gas in the truck 🤔 I would not recommend I hope somebody else comes out with a better than U-Haul!
