One of the employees had an attitude with the manager and did not hide it. But the manager was really great in some tough situations.CHELSEA A.

Hire new people for the Northwest Expressway store. The woman there that refused to give her name was more interested in her texting than helping me, she actually said right in front of me to her co-worker, that he needed to help me because she didn't want to. All I wanted was a few quotes and she wanted to insert me in her system which I wasn't a big fan of, albeit I was polite as I could be, I told her I was NOT renting anything at that time, but I wanted to in the next few days. Extremely rude. The NW 39th store however, was being worked on inside, so there were workers all around with machinery and such so it was dusty and noisy, so I really can't comment on the store until the construction is done. The girl with the glasses and tattoos and gauge earrings in her ears was SUPER friendly and accommodating. She halted the interaction to bring us outside, which I thought was excellent as far as customer service is concerned, which is very clearly lacking in most large companies in the last 5-7 years or so. I have utilized this NW 39th store before, and had ok experiences, but this particular associate was great. Also, the trailer I rented made it there and back at the *55 speed limit* the entire way, which was good. All in all, a good experience this time. My only wish was that the pickup trucks were unlimited mileage for 8 hours or less of use, just like the big box stores, which is why I did NOT rent a pickup from uHaul this time, when I would happily have had. Also, I'd like more used trailer purchase options, it's my understanding that uhaul cuts up their trailers into small pieces when retiring them rather than selling them, which seems dumb and a waste, especially when on the insurance they mention the replacement cost of a trailer is $6,000 approximately, it would probably benefit the company more to sell the for a quarter of that or so, with an as-is covenant to avoid litigation. But that's up to uhaul, it's just more money for them.david O.
They were not organized. They couldn't find the key, then I was rented a truck with the front bender damaged and the exterior of cargo was damagedTRENISE W.

You guys screwed me by forcing me to go to two different locations to pick up my reservation. When I was informed of this the lady was extremely rude. Also, not a single employee wearing a maskCLAYTON L.
I would like to say thank you to the staff at the U-Haul located on 39th Expressway. Excellent customer service! Will recommend and and use this location again.Stephanie M.
Labeling on your vehicles suggest looking at your receipt to get an idea of how to fill the tank to where you began but I never see anything but a mark where it began. That is not helping to know how much fuel to put in as the labeling suggests.CHRISTOPHER C.
My rep was excellent. He did a good getting me checked in.DERRICK R.
Kara Peppmeyer checked in my 15ft truck and argued with me about the amount of fuel that the truck had when I returned it. I wish I would have taken pictures so I can redeem myself. She did not even get in the truck to check the gas gauge. She looked at it from the side and then charged me a $9.20 fuel charge. I asked if another employee could look at the fuel gauge, but according to Kara "everyone else is busy". Great customer service. Thanks U-Haul.Ethan E.
Everything was excellent.RONALD G.
Gentleman was very knowledgeable about my order a was helpful in every way. I in, hitched up and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I had a 5x8 covered trailer. Empty quite easy to lift tongue to hitch up. However once loaded with with heavy items in front, nearly impossible to lift tongue without a jack. Those trailers need a tongue jackROGER E.
