Your checkout flow treats customers like marks. I trudged through a parade of upsells just to reserve a truck, capped by a tacky panic prompt about paying $55,000 on the spot. That’s not education; it’s panic bait. It’s dark-pattern maze. It burns trust and wastes time. Consolidate every add-on into one optional page. Provide a plain-English insurance explainer with transparent pricing. Add a real “Skip all add-ons” that actually skips all add-ons. Until then, this is a conversion-poisoning shitshow.
William LDoor was locked when I arrived and had to call to get person to come out. I needed some accessories to lock the trailer but this was not a service facility. We figured it out on our own.
