The place is an empty asphalt parking lot and there’s not a sign, building, person, or anything that designates this place as a drop off. I called the number twice and someone answered, but didn’t identify as a Uhaul representative. The parking lot is all broken up with chunks of asphalt and is not in the best part of town. Hours are 7-1pm, but site needs to designate drop off is anytime. The problem is, I didn’t see any cameras and to leave a trailer, it could very easily be “removed” from area. Drop off locations should be an actual business where there are employees to take in the equipment.

I was not sure where the key return box was or the building that was part of the return lot. A sign or something to point you in the right direction would have been nice.
