The whole process was just not what I expected it was like going to somewhere and not being sure you trust your information there. I will never go to this location again. There was no walk through with the truck. The windows and the vehicle was so dirty .

It’s a bit unfair to judge this location as just a U-Haul facility as it is also a convenience store and gas station. The people are very nice and helpful and that is really what’s important.

Donnie FThis was a very weird experience will not rent from here again. Also I had to pick up the haul by talking to some guy on the phone and the cashier at the gas station didn’t even know what to do. No one looked at the mileage/gas prior to me renting nor when I turned it on. I had to wait until later to find out what I was being charged. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable location this place was sketch and the U-Haul sounded like it was struggling to work and was extremely dirty
