They said there was more gas in the truck than there actually was. I filled the truck up more than was in it to begin with and I still had to pay extra $35 for about $15 for gas to fill to half full, when it was 3/8 full when I took it. The guy didn't confirm the amount or the kilometers with me before I took it. He just told me "there is around half a tank in it. Drop it off with the same amount of fuel in it as there is now." That's what I did, I filled it more than was in it when I took it, and I still had to pay extra. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone because of this.
