The worker was amazing and so patient. However, the system used to book the U-Haul was tricky and hard to use. We also did not receive all of the equipment we requested in our reservation. Furthermore, we were given a U-Haul with 1/4 tank of gas which to me is ridiculous, it should’ve at the very least been 1/2 a tank because we got charged for it being below 1/4 tank when we brought it back which is a whole extra charge. The process also took an hour to get everything situated and get our furniture pads.
