I was given no instructions on the process of using the app. There was very poor cell service at the location. The location didn't have anyone there to provide assistance. When I called uhaul for assistance, I was treated rudely. The windshield had a long Crack in it and the passenger side rear tire has a slow leak causing me additional expenditures putting air in the tire.

This was the worst experience of my life with u-haul. We bought our first home and were moving and arrived at the initial location and the truck was confirmed and guaranteed but not there. The previous customer reserved it until 11:00 and no one bothered to tell me. I then had to call customer service and talk to about 8 different people over the course of 2 hours. I was then directed to this location and it looked like something out of a horror movie. No one was around and I then had to call U-Haul two more times to get the lock box code. I will NEVER recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.
Sarah RNothing!!! Amber was very helpful and professional.....she cleaned the snow off the van for me !!!!! Pleasantville Auto is great! When I returned the van there was a gentleman sitting inside the door of the shop who promptly caught the key for the van I rented. Nice van, worked great !!
