Featungia MIt was easy to get to and drop off the equipment. I did not interact with anyone but the drop box was very easy to find.
CYNTHIA LThe system itself is bad online and then trying to go there and there’s not a person and the online system is horrible. The representative Online helped us tremendously. She was excellent but the online system is a big flat zero even she had trouble, but the representative online was great.
