The merchant at Kazadecor took the time to call me to confirm details. And make the process simpler directly by phone. This direct experience with Kazadecor was awesome and soooo much appreciated. My experience with the mobile check in as less pleasant. Several steps, the app did not always cooperate. And you should absolutely warn people that ID verification will be required. I could have been in trouble if my buddy had not come along in the car to get the van.
