Time i scheduled to pick up the trailer was hour before they opened, trailer was backed into the wood line attached to a U-Haul truck,I have to unhitch the trailer and let him move the truck, once that was done it took a hour for him to figure out how to finish my rental, I was never given a rental agreement, what should have been a 10:30 departure ended up being a 1pm departure
