The location isn't the issue, it's Uhaul itself. Staff was helpful. It's a general store, not a dedicated Uhaul location. This wasn't the location I selected for pick-up. Then, we had ordered furniture pads and they were not available. So we had to go find furniture pads at a different location. This took time and added stress during our move. Then to top it off, Uhaul changed our drop off location, which meant we had to drive across town (after already driving several hours in holiday traffic) to return the truck.

DANIEL LThe location was great. The service was great. The condition of the truck was great. However, the truck's gas tank was NOT full when I picked it up. Once I drove down the road a mile I noticed that the tank was 1/8 of a tank BELOW full. Since UHaul requires that I return the vehicle with a full tank, it should have been completely full when I picked it up.
