I originally booked at the Maple Location which is my preferred dealer due to consistently meeting my expectations . I was rerouted to this location after booking and I had my reserves in picking up from a secondary location and not the official U-haul but decided to proceed as it was closer to my home. When I arrived to the store there was no on there, and it was clearly closed although the retail space was to open at 10am. I arrived at 10:30am and called the stated number from the email. The person who answered sounded sleep and when I asked about my rental stated they did not catch that I had a reservation schedule although it was assigned to them on Tuesday and I was picking it up on Saturday. I then had to wait until the person arrived to the store to pickup. I run a business myself and it put me behind in my schedule so I was not pleased with this service at all. I’d rather go farther away from my home to get the service to deserve.
