Unit wasn’t clean when I got it, and I was charged for cleaning service . Not a good thing

It was a very easy process and super convenient to be able to refuel the gas tank at the same location I’m returning it too. Also, they have a wide selection of food and drinks inside and they close at midnight. Perfect open and well lit location. There’s no gates to lock you out, so you can return it anytime. Highly recommend.
MARIO AThe owner of the store was great! But being charged for cleaning the truck! Ridiculous because the truck was dirty when I picked it up and it didn't even have the dolly I requested when I reserved the truck online! Also the fuel was incorrectly marked for how much fuel the truck already had! I will be going directly to a uhaul location next time not some third party crap!
