REGAN PUhaul scheduler didn't confirm truck was available and it wasn't. I was on a tight schedule. Lady apologized and made several contacts to help find a location close by that had one, and get pricing corrected. Zero points to who answered my initial call. 10 points to those at the pickup locations.
