We rented a truck initially, I was going to rent the Truck, the uhaul rental rep advised me since my license was expired she would have to use someone else. I advised her to put in my father-in-law name and charge his card. He handed the card to her and she stated that this was a flat charge so they will be no deposit included for an amount of $367.00. HIs card was charged so we took the rental to Tampa, took it back on time but my card was charged. I reached out to the lady to advised what happened, she was very argumentative and short.She advised me to figure out amougnts yourselfs. This is the worst thing I have ever experienced from U Haul

Equipment was not properly installed. I took it home and tried to load my vehicle and the whole trailer lifted off the ground when it unhitched from my truck. I was able to properly secure the load and hitch and my trip went smoothly. When I returned the equipment and let the lady in the office know, she started yelling at me saying that the customer is responsible for the equipment when they drive off with it and that if anything would've happened it would be on me. That she has a son my age and she always tells him to make sure his loads are always secured cause nobody else gives a shit about other people's stuff. I don't think this is the right thing, or the right way to speak to a customer. I thought I can trust a reputable company like U-have to properly secure my valuables. I would hate to have had my car loaded and the worse to happen. I will never go to this location again.

I have no issue with the location - I DO NOT LIKE UHAUL and will never rent UHAUL again!!! UHAUL as a company does not have enough trucks in the area, it took me half of my day to locate a reserved and paid for UHAUL! Never again!

I received the trailer with a flat tire. It did not become evident until I was at home loading the trailer. The entire tire replacement process, with me trying to put air in it, having to stop to meet the repair person, and having the tire replaced delayed me almost 2 hours. On an already 8 hour trip, a 2 hour delay was painful. Other than that, no issues.

The lady at the service counter was rude from the very beginning. We got there early, and pulled over to the side to wait. She started honking at us from the side of the road. When that didn't work, she started yelling at me to move out of her way. Realizing that she was addressing me to give her access to the gate, I moved forward. She drove inside and told us she needed some time to get settled. We waited 15 minutes before going inside, then had to wait an additional 10 min before she even addressed us. There was a cat inside that kept jumping on the table, making my moving guy very uncomfortable. As she was putting the paperwork together, she engaged in a shouting match with a coworker, telling him not to pressure her because it wasn't her fault that he was late (in response to him asking for the key to the truck). When we were about ready to leave, she again began shouting at him about getting a truck, to which he responded that he was still waiting for the key. In addition, that morning, we explained multiple times that we would be returning the truck the same day to the same location, and she said that would be fine. However, when we came back around 5:30, the place was locked with the moving guy's car inside. She never once mentioned that he would not be able to park his car there or that we needed to be back at a certain time. Not even a courtesy call before locking up to give us a heads up. I ended up having to drop him off myself ( a complete stranger), because he would've been stranded otherwise. All in all, the service was pretty bad, leaving much to be desired. There was no professionalism o consideration or even common courtesy. I would be hard pressed to recommend this location to anyone.
