Make sure to bring a man with you when dropping off because they won’t help you detach trailer from your truck. You have to do it all yourself. Poor customer service.

JESSICA BThe gas station is sketchy. The lockbox I was given through the app was already unlocked and empty. I had to go inside to talk to the attendant and wait for him to give me the key… this isn’t how the process was designed to be. Felt very out of place and unsafe. Not a good place to leave your car while using the U-Haul.
