Tire pressure sensor was on and was told don’t worry about it . I ordered a dolly none were available. Bad customer service from person at the desk . Would not recommend this location

Instructions to go inside the convenience store and ask the clerk for the keys vs the lock box which contain ZERO keys? Inside the uhaul cabin was not really clean and the windows and mirrors were dirty. Even the 800# clerk was confused as to why the keys were not in the lock box?
Roland HThe store order wanted to argue with me about my reservation when I did everything through the app and it was not clear at all where to go to get the keys for the truck. I won’t be using this location again due to the unprofessionalism.
Christopher PMake sure to bring a man with you when dropping off because they won’t help you detach trailer from your truck. You have to do it all yourself. Poor customer service.
