Due to crossing over state lines and time zones, we got to the rental place earlier than needed and the lady let us take the truck early.

Instructions on what to do when you drop off the vehicle not clear. I was about to place the key in the uhaul box only to be told I parked it in the wrong spot. The location is way out of town at an old country store location.
JEFFREY TThe previous user left green plastic wrap all over the inside. Indicating the cab wasn't clean. All of the scrapes were catalogued and the next location attempted to charge me for everything that was already there
Sarah MIt took them two days to close out the reservation, vehicle sat in the same spot when I dropped it off on Sunday afternoon until Tuesday late afternoon.
