No clear place to park the truck on return. Location was difficult to access because of traffic congestion.

Was told to drop the trailer and that return check out was not necessary. After having dropped off the trailer we get a call at week later asking where the trailer is at. We tell them where it was dropped and didn't hear back if the trailer was located. I will not recommend this location. In fact I recommend UHaul revoke their license to rent equipment
