As renting vehicles is not the primary business of this location, it took a moment to find the manager who did get me checked in. The instructions from Uhaul indicated I would need to provide multiple forms of ID (passport, reference person etc); however those weren't needed.

No customer service, the employees were more concerned with their car wash business than anything waited 40 mins for someone to assist me. The location had no moving equipment available and yet charged me for it and forged my signature on the receipt. The truck that was given smelled terrible and had alignment and acceleration issues. This location needs to be audited and/or changed they do not represent UHaul in a good light.
