the airconditioning needs work we were burning up in their
gloria mVehicle fuel filler neck is defective. It was impossible to refuel this vehicle at a normal rate. Fuel backup during fueling forced multiple gas station fuel nozzles to shut off. Fueling was only possible by holding the fuel nozzle outside of the fuel tank filler neck and pumping at a ridiculously slow rate. This process was potentially unsafe and extremely time consuming.
RONALD MWe got to the drop off location before the stated closing hours. No one was there to assist us. The location was clean and easy enough to find, but make sure the hours match what you have online. As we completed the online drop off, U-Haul wanted to charge an extra $31 for gas even though I left more in the tank than when I picked up the truck. I don't know if I would recommend this location to a friend or not.
Reece FFor your older, non-tech savvy customers, the online or U-Haul app checkout process is very frustrating.
