Extensions were ridiculous and prices

PRASHANT SWhen I showed up, despite providing all my information to U-Haul for the quick pickup, the guy still wanted all my information I provided on the app. The truck itself smelled like someone was transporting the contents of a dumpster. It also had items left in the back and required to be cleaned out. I told the attendant this and I still had to clean it out prior to leaving the site. I also had to give it a good clean once I got to my apartment so that it didn't get my items dirty. It was one of the worst pickups I've done with U-Haul.
KODIE HShould come with blocks to put behind tires when you unhook the trailer so it doesn't roll.
