The manager has a poor attitude and was extremely slow. I will never go back to that location. U-haul should drop him as a dealer

We were told we could drop off the truck at any location and when we did we were charged extra fees.
CHERYL VThere was no dolly or moving pads available, as was requested when I reserved the truck. The exterior and front of the truck were clean but the storage area/body of the truck, on the inside, had visible dried blood on the walls as well as cockroaches and earwigs inside.
MICHELLE LThe person running the location was late opening, rude, did not have the equipment I paid for, was not upfront about that, and was once again rude and unwilling to help when I returned to inquire about the missing equipment.
