Truck was not there when I showed up for 9 am pick up Then waited outside till 10 to get another Was only given the same amount of time even tho I had to wait over hour past my pickup time until my wife called in No one was there to help me once it opened. There was just the restaurant worker who had to call somebody and hand me their phone which I would assume they should be a worker there for open

Richard BIt was the first time we had rented a vehicle in a long time, so we were not used to the online process. There was never anything saying that we had to return the truck the same way so we returned the keys, drove away. I had to call and find out how now to finalize the rental which took a few days. Thanks to the customer service team for helping me finalize it.
