Robbed me for 160 dollars claiming I didn’t return the vehicle in time. Location was a shady repair shop with no one there to guide the return experience. Thanks for nothing!

Mike HThis location is in an unsafe area in the ghetto do not recommend this for after hours pickup or drop off. They did not have a drop box for keys so luckily there was a cleaning guy there after hours who took the key and put in office after we waited with customer service over an hour of trying to figure out drop off. We were beyond upset with how the drop off process worked. Will hope to never use UHaul again.
