MARTI CThis location is at a gas station not a regular U-Haul store. I thought the service was good. The gentleman took care of me right away. The truck was clean. I had no issues upon return. The parking lot is small so the gentleman attending the gas station parked the truck for me. I had a good experience.
Lynette GI didn't like the service I'm a veteran this happened on memorial Day weekend and their charging me a couple of $50 more because of the gas I didn't return it with a right amount of gas it was a big mix-up it's a gas station so why wouldn't I return the truck at the amount that I took it at which I thought I did because I took it at 43 miles to empty and I brought it back at 47 miles to empty so I thought I did everything right but obviously I didn't and I really mad because it seems like I'm being taken for $50 on memorial Day weekend and I'm a veteran and I'm at a gas station and I put gas in the truck before I returned it doesn't make no sense sorry
