Have to say Michael Richard went far and beyond expectations. Apparently my wiring harness wasn't wired correctly and was in need of replacement. The way he handled himself and the situation was far more than I had ever expected. He not only solved my problem but was able to fix some of my issues with my tow lighting. Michael is one of the most pleasant people I've ever experienced in a business setting. Truly a man who loves what he does and loves to help. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. PERIOD.

Michael was great along with all the other staff. I left my toll pass in the van and he called me the next morning to tell me I had forgotten it. They all were very helpful. The plastic mat in the back of the van was dirty. The material was hard to sweep, I wished they had air blown it out before giving it to me.

The staff were horribly rude. I had reserved my truck online and because we intended to get it at 8 a.m. it had me do self-pick up. I entered all my information, and my brothers information, who would be the only one driving the truck. This included his DL number. When we showed up at 9 a.m. (late start to the day), the store was open. Go to the counter, the woman 1st said, "Ohh. You guys. Hah, I gave your truck away, but we have another." Then "you did self-pick up." Nothing else. Wouldn't even look at me to explain what that meant exactly. Finally she tells us, "you have to go through the process on your phone." I asked her why she can't just process it on her computer. Again, not even looking at me, goes "I can't. Just do it on your phone." 1st we can't get the right page to load. Then after several attempts, get it open to the correct page. That whole process is a damn nightmare! Had to take photos and then the website wouldn't accept the pictures because I'm listed on the account and not my brother, which I did when I reserved the truck. I go back inside hoping they can help me out of the nightmare and instead I get shushed, Because I was hot and frustrated, and yes, I got a little bit of attitude. But when the person who helps you refuses to and says "there is nothing I can do. You have to go through the app!" And then a bigger guy comes and says the same thing, that happens. Eventually, after me bursting into tears, we were able to fix the problems ourselves. I've never experienced anything so infuriating in my life. Customer service reps here need to learn how to treat people.

The drop off site charged me for gas even though id just fill to the level I got it. Now they are telling me I need to send them the gas receipt. I don't understand why seems like they could just look at my pick up level compared to my drop off level instead of me having to take my time look for the receipt and send or take it to them.

Returning the truck after hours was a challenge. Technical issues with the U-Haul app and trying to get someone in customer service after hours took over an hour. I recommend returning the truck during normal business hours. Other than that everything else was great.

There was no parking for my vehicle; I was told to park at another establishment. Truck was left on haul/tow.. I didnt know what that was, so it drove awkward. Service engine light came on. Long wait in line.. Process to pick-up and drop- off was long.
