Yes, I have a complaint. I did not appreciate my name and address was misspelled and completely incorrect. The lady over the phone asked me to spell out my whole name for her and address. I did using the letter and a word for both. (Example a-apple). Only to find out later after I received my receipt that everything was wrong. I found this is unacceptable for a professional business. Other than the lady was good with customer service but just didn't follow through. Thank you so much for your time and help. Have a great day.

The cashiers that were there the day I went to pick up the trucks we’re very rude . Every question that we try asking it was like they want us to figure it out on our own.

I would suggest if the company would provide a better computer system to help the employees speed up the renting process. It was fast but it could be faster if they could count with a better and more efficient system. Overall it was excellent!! Would greatly recommend it.

Number one your person up front you only had one the store was lined up the trucks were all jammed up and knit wasn't very friendly I asked the guy outside something and I got no speak English well this is America should speak English. The truck was not clean and a damage on it was horrendous took picturesperiod and a 99 cents a mile is ridiculous on the weekend that's $0. 60 more a mile than regular times but none of them or that friendly. And I got from the lady behind it I rented it from that well I should have came earlier which I think stupid. I used to manage the large U-Haul and Indianapolis and none of them would have been working meet for me there's no customer service there they're just there to push the trucks they have no friendly nurse or anything to him very short on answers if they even want to admit they speak English

The front desk associates were really difficult and made my time here extremely stressful. I did my order online but selected front desk check out. When I went to the front desk they didn’t want to help me because I did it online. They were rude. They rushed me and told me to get out of line and do my online check in outside.

This location was extremely busy. There was one agent inside and 1 or 2 alternating inside and out. There were 10-15 customers waiting the entire time I was there. The agent did an excellent job managing the line but the customere would have been much happier if there was more agents working

The customer service was fantastic. I only 2 issues both with the boxes not being ready when I got there. The second box when I opened was very wet inside. I was very happy with Adam the owner. This location opposed to other I have done business seemed to care it appeared more family friendly.

24/7 phone app was garbage. The chat verify feature took way to long and wasn't worth it. Next time, I would just go into the store and check out the old fashioned way.

This U-Haul location could not have been any cleaner or more organized. Absolutely everything you need to make your move easier is available for rent or purchase. The process was easy. The wait was reasonable. The clerk was friendly and helpful, and the truck was well maintained. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire process!

I Reserved my truck for 9:00 am and had to wait in a very long line. For the longest eat there was one woman working the front. I strongly recommend that a review of the amount of business be taken into consideration the day prior to staff accordingly. Unfortunately, many customers were not happy. People were making calls and receiving calls from others who were waiting to help with the move. I too received a call from the people that volunteered to help as to what was taking so long. Te lady at the register was doing the best she could but I feel if we have an RSVP it should run more smoothly and that the location be staffed accordingly to volume.
