Horrible place to have your business name on. They were rude and drinking in the office. Complained the whole time that I was dropping off the trailer there. I would remove this location from your list. Horrible customer service and experience.

Tire garage and very disorganized. Communication barrier was an issue as well. Pick-up took twice as long as a normal U-Haul store.
Mike FHi, I rented a 6' x 12' Cargo Trailer last year one-way from Ringgold, GA to Orlando, FL for $144.80: Order #23766031 But when I went to rent a SMALLER Trailer in Orlando this year one-way from Orlando, FL to Ringgold, GA it was: $386.59 !!! - Order #81899361 But checking the CURRENT price here in Ringgold for the same trailer – It’s ONLY - $135.00 – So why am I overcharged $240.00 for renting in Orlando???
