My scheduled pickup time was yesterday at 10:30 AM. When I arrived at the location, no one was present until approximately 11:00 AM or later. Once assisted, I clearly explained that I needed the trucks for a full 24-hour rental, as I was moving items from my home to a storage unit and was unsure of the exact return time. I wanted to ensure I would not need to make multiple trips. I also rented a second truck and informed the associate that my brother would be driving it. I specifically stated that both trucks were to be rented for 24 hours and that we would return them once we were finished later that evening. Additionally, I advised that my brother’s personal vehicle would be left at the rental location. After completing our move, we returned to the location around 7:30–8:00 PM and found it closed. Unfortunately, my brother’s vehicle was locked inside the property with no way to retrieve it. With no other option, we had to drive both trucks home, which resulted in additional mileage and cost. I was very clear that I was renting the trucks for 24 hours, and I was told that the price reflected that. After calling Customer Service, I was informed that we may be charged for an extra day, and as a result, my brother was unable to go to work because his vehicle was inaccessible. I want to emphasize that the staff was polite, and I am not trying to cause issues for anyone or negatively impact their business. However, I do believe there was a lack of transparency, and clearer communication and training would help prevent situations like this for future customers. I still waiting for Justin the area manager to call me back or email reposes. I was charge over $100 on fuel fee plus miles.

Estoy muy indignado por: 1) me mandaron a entregar la unidad a un sitio demasiado lejos de lo que pedí para entregar 2) me cobraron 53,85 dólar por tan solo menos de un cuarto de tanque y de paso la estación de gasolina estaba al frente de donde la entregué 3) me dijeron que me iban a devolver dinero si entregaba la unidad un día antes y lo que hicieron fue cobrarme más por su servicio Por eso y muchas cosas más no quedé conforme la unidad no estaba sucia solo le faltaba más limpieza
