My experience with Orlando Auto Solutions was beyond frustrating. The lack of communication alone is unacceptable—calls go unanswered, and you’re left chasing them just to get basic updates. It honestly feels like customer service is not a priority at all. The service itself didn’t match what was promised, and there was little to no accountability when things went wrong. As a paying customer, you expect honesty, professionalism, and at least some level of respect, and I didn’t get any of that here. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want reliable service and clear communication.
