The employee behind the counter was friendly but the transaction was off. He had to call a guy that was home which is cool but Ilije to see whom I deal with especially when it is credit information exchanges and I'd. I picked up the vehicle no problem. The problem came from being charged $22 and the $28 for a total of $50+ when I tried to call several times no answer no return call or explanation for additional charge. Truck was only to be $19 + tax and fees. I took pictures when I returned the vehicle no damages only had it from 5:35-8"30 same night. I will rent from uhaul but not this place ever again
