The location is not the issue. It is U-Haul in general. This is the third time that when I went to pick up the truck they either did not have the size as requested. Secondly the website was not working through the app on my phone or the rental location. I waited for 45 minutes this trip and I was on a very tight schedule to get my load and back. When we made the reservation we requested a 10 foot and the site said it was available. They did not have one, so I had to take a 15 which was an overkill. The rental place was nice enough to let me have it at the same price.
