The entrance is super narrow and once you pull in, there is no easy backing out onto the busy street and too narrow to turn around. The neighborhood is described by our Uber driver as full of prostitutes and heroine addicts. It is also next door to a gentleman’s club. Someone was around but didn’t check in. We self-checked in and left asap.

RALPH MI was overcharged. When asked how could I have driven 50 miles when I live 2.3 miles up the street. I was told to contact customer support. Customer support said someone would reach out to me and it’s now Sunday. No email, no phone call.
Jasmine BI don't recommend it, they charged me $104 when it should be less than $60 when they charged me additional miles that I don't use. I find it unprofessional from the people who drive that uhaul.
