I dropped off on a Sunday when the business was closed. There was no drop box for the key. Had to call U-haul 1-800 number for help. They were unable to contact on-call business rep. Ended up putting keys through unmarked mail slot in door. I understand I dropped off the vehicle a day early and the business was closed, but they should have a better process for after-hours vehicle returns.
