Did not hook up the trailer for me or adequately test equipment ultimately leading to me having to lose several hours waiting for uhaul support
Prasanna ISo signs indicating anything about u haul, the key drop box is hidden behind the building at the back entrance instead of at the front entrance where its supposed to be, it took me 20 minutes to find the drop box i was unsure i was even in the right place
MAXWELL P- representative showed up late -I had to remove 3 feet of snow off the vehicle with a broom. -vehicle was dirty at pick up -battery died half way through my trip, due to poor maintenance by owner Representatives phone was disconnected -overall terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
KEITH JI recommend to the next customer for a U-HAUL AUTO TRANSPORTS just add security attaches to be sure that the car is well maintain in case of a long way, and to verify some times if the attaches are very tie during the travel . I recommend also this trailer because it is very stable and safe.
