Customer service was great and friendly. Agent cared about my safety concerns. I didn't feel like I had much recourse for the issues that came from the trailer rental at the other location. But they were awesome here.

MARK PREAD ABOVE COMMENTS The location is a grocery store & no one knows a damn thing except the one "U-Haul lady" & she only works 8am-1pm Monday - Friday. Those hours work for almost nobody! I appreciate having this location closer than Coeur d' Alene but they need to hire more help!
