Douglas KMy drop off location wouldn’t take my trailer so I had to be rerouted which I wasn’t happy about very poor customer service at the location I was supposed to drop off at
JEFFERY PCustomer service was great and friendly. Agent cared about my safety concerns. I didn't feel like I had much recourse for the issues that came from the trailer rental at the other location. But they were awesome here.
