There aren’t a lot of options in the Ottawa region so this worked out ok. The floor of the trailer was not clean. It had a greasy film on whatever I put on it but we covered it with cardboard. This dealer was using U-Haul as a side business so I didn’t expect much.

SCOTT BMy initial rental was moved locations, which was not a huge deal. However, when it was rebooked the rental hours were changed. It took a lengthy call to customer service to sort that out. Once we sorted that out, I connected to the trailer only to find the lights on the trailer weren't working and we needed to switch to a smaller trailer (the only other one they had). So, we had to reprocess all the paperwork again. It took 1.5 hours to work through all of that. I don't believe it was really the pick up locations fault though.
