It was in the middle of nowhere. The drive way of this dealership was externally narrow and difficult to manover. I would have prefer the rental from my original request that was 4 mins from my home.

Im sure they are a great mechanic shop but it was really not what I expected. There is no customer service counter, you cant pay there, its dirty, it feels shady when you go inside. Doesnt take away that the mechanic was helpful but would not go to that location or recomend. Truck was dirty inside, I dont think it had been cleaned in awhile.
Elections CI was told AFTER I had I hooked the trailer that this location doesn’t accept trailer returns. Only after contacting “someone at the office” was I allowed to leave. Thankfully I had a male person with me. Definitely a safe environment or location for a female!!
TONYA MThe owner didn't seem to know the truck was rented. When I arrived the place was empty with a new snowbank across the driveway entrance. I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up after I called. The truck was covered in heavy snow that I had to clean off myself. There was zero washer fluid and with the recent snowfall there was significant road spray I found myself almost unable to see on the highway. I had to stop and throw snow on the windshield until I could get some fluid.
