How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure someone is always present during the daytime for pick ups/reservations, because with someone not being in place it brought forth a lot of confusion. I completely understand things happen in life unexpectedly, but this is just my opinion from my experience.
Sharai LNigel was extremely friendly and helpful.
Hayley DNo customer service present. Did the 24/7 drop off through the app. Fast and easy. Love this.
Tunitra WWe got a call which was much appreciated on sunday for our drop off because I was nervous about the self drop off and not sure on the location. Mr. Darnell called and helped us find his location easily and assisted my husband in the check in return process with uhaul. The price was great on the uhaul. Easy checkout and return process. I will be using them again in the future.
