KEYAH BPicked up my 26’ U-Haul and one I start my move, I noticed the alignment on the truck was so bad it took up 1 1/2 of the lanes on the highway while driving “straight.” Because all my belongings were already in the truck when I identified the issue, I had no choice but to get to my final destination. When I dropped off the truck, I left a note and called U-Haul to relay the concern of the truck. The representative did not ask me any questions and just stated he would inform the appropriate individuals. At least thank me for identifying a hazard! Horrible customer service.
