Trying to get the truck picked up and returned using the app was extremely difficult because there were multiple error messages when trying to complete the process.

I took almost an hour to pickup. Had to call customer service just to get key and that took a long time. I put gas before dropping off vehicle and dropped it off around before the 24 hours and to my surprise was charged for 2 days and for gas. This is the worst place to pick up a rental. I rent from other places and never have a problem. Now I have to wait for uhaul to fix these error.
Tristan RI returned the truck on a holiday. There wasn’t anyone there.
