Terrible! I reserved a 15ft truck in Belmont and requested a in person pick up. Instead I get a a place 35 minutes away instead of 5 minutes. When I pick up truck the place is closed and its a mobile pick up where I have to call to find out how to get the truck! Finally in the truck and rhey leave me on E 22 miles left. I return the truck when done with more gas than when I got. Rhey the proceed to charge me for gas. Had to fight and show proof. Scum company

I am in the process of disputing a charge. I returned my equipment the same day and got charged for an additional day. I have pictures of the drop off and they have cameras. This ruined my experience… never again will I use this location

CALVIN NAdd a trailer jack to the trailer ,for easier truck to trailer hook up.
BRUCE RStaff was very helpful. Equipment functions well except for the driver side mirror as mentioned in checkout. My phone died during checkout so I didn't get any of the completed pictures. Thanks again I appreciate you bye
