The pick up process took more than an hour. I had requested in person pick up in person pick up at a different location. My location got changed and in person got changed to mobile pick up where I lost almost an hour dealing with support. I had requested blankets which were not in the truck so I had to call again and get those pick up from the shell gas station. That ended up losing 30 mins. After all these hassles I went to return the truck at 11.30 and told the front desk that I’ll refill the gas and come back and would it be ok if I am 15-20 mins late after the drop off time of 12 pm. I dropped off the car around 12.20 since there were few trucks before me T 12.30 I got an email that U-Haul charged me one more extra day. It’s a complete scam and I would like to get my money back.
