No staff on site that approached me . No signage to direct load share drop off area. No bc staff in sight all though it was Sunday
DOUGLAS MMartha was the very nice lady I spoke with over the phone to set of the rental of the 10' truck. She was very through and very helpful. I would recommend anyone that is needing to rent a U-Haul in Pahrump to get ahold of Martha at Highway 160 Self Storage.
Thomas GShe was nice but short I don’t know how can I explain she was nice but weird you know first time in my life meet a person who is nice but at the same time short and weird she got 5 star's but for me customer Service is sincere from your from your heart. If you don’t feel it, don’t do it.
JOEL MMartha at the counter ruined the return for me. She was a negative Nancy. Very poor customer service n she talked very bad about her sister uhaul company. She called me numerous times about the return. About 5xs. Not a nice person although she pretended to b, to her co-worker as well.
