The location was in a beat up building with random people working on vehicles in a garage. The U-Haul worker operated out of his house next door. I ordered an appliance dolly but I forgot to get it because I never went into a U-Haul store. I called next day to get it and the worker told me to open the bay door and go inside and get it myself as he sat on his sofa. Nice guy though. But the whole process wasn’t professional.
