Added an additional charge of 210.93 to a truck I already paid 151.10 for. a gas receipt for fuel used was provided. 370.00 dollars for a truck to go from Port St. Lucie to Palm Bay. A trip under 71 miles which was the rental agreement. I would NOT recommend anyone rent from U-HAUL in either town. I have also turned this into the fraud department of my credit company.
TODD Hi had a reservation for a 15 foot truck. They provided me with a 10 foot truck. I was still charged for a 15 foot truck. When I arrived to load the truck I realized it was too small and did not have a ramp making my rental worthless. I am very disappointed in the location for tricking me.
