When a customer returns a truck, trailer or dolly, make sure it is logged in as RETURNED! I rented a truck for what I thought was going to be fur 6 hours, but was charged for 3 additional days because the return was not completed when I returned the truck. After going to the rental location and speaking with the person there, as well as the manager, the 2 people at U-Haul, I’ve had one day rental returned and am waiting on the rest to be returned.
